The EWA-BELT Scenario and Capacity Building Workshops took place in Ghana in September 2023. Not only were the main Key Exploitable Results (KERs) presented during the two-days scenario workshop, but visits to the experimental fields of the partners CSIR-SARI and KDC were also conducted as part of the capacity building activities of the Project. A series of interviews were registered during the events to collect direct experiences and feedbacks from partners. Farmer interviews during field day for exhibiting EWA-BELT technologies (promotion of NUS, aflasafe and organic fertilizer use) in Farmers Fields Research Units (FFRUs) in Western Kenya. The event was also attended by other EWA-BELT consortium members who had visited the EWA-BELT field site. The radio campaign was conducted during the EWA-BELT WP3 Capacity Building Workshop in Kenya in November 2022, and broadcasted on the Kenya Broadcasting Corporation (KBC) in Luhya (local language) and Kiswahili.
